A construction record built on its own investments

Bayraktar Group entered construction in 1980 by building its timber processing plant in Bagcilar, Istanbul. In 1998 it completed the showroom for its Hyundai dealership, and went on to build a 36,000 m² office tower that also houses the group's headquarters.

During the same period the Golden Hill residential project, five blocks and 80 apartments in Bahcelievler, Istanbul, was completed and became a benchmark for the area. In total the group has built, sold and leased more than 500 homes and over 40,000 m² of commercial space.
